European debuts of 2021 innovations, dozens of models of state-of-the-art farming equipment and e-systems for agricultural machines from the leader in design and manufacture-Rostselmash-will be showcased at AGRITECHNICA. The forum’s digital communication platform is already running.
For the first time, due to Covid-19 restrictions, AGRITECHNICA will be taking place in two formats. In offline version, the show will open on February 27, 2022, and on November 15 AGRITECHNICA DIGITAL started. Already today visitors can view the Rostselmash profile with more than 20 models of the maker’s agricultural machines most wanted by European farmers.

Also, the company will bring a live stand to showcase its electronic systems for automatic guidance, agronomic services, identification, remote monitoring and control.

T500
The highlight of the show is the Т500 grain harvester, a new addition to the lineup of combines with a dual cylinder threshing system. The T500 can cover over 1,300 hectares per season, it has a throughput capacity up to 30 tons per hour, 360hp, a 10,000-litre grain tank. The design builds on all the innovations from the higher-end RSM 161, and uses improvements such as a greater road clearance and faster grain tank unload rate.
The concave has a best-in-class area of 3.0 sq.m. The concave offers unrivalled control features unavailable on other combines. Due to its bespoke design, the Т500 provides a high performance and is better suited to challenging field conditions than the competition. The bespoke Tetra Processor threshing system gently separates the grain without damage, and the OptiFlow cleaning system with a proprietary suspension and a sieve area over 5.8 square meters delivers clean tank grain that can be taken directly to the silo. This machine is well suited to farms that only have a short time window to do their harvesting, which is essential for the Siberia.
KSU 2
Another new product in 2021 is a 2-gen all-crop windrower, KSU 2. New to 2021, this machine can handle multiple tasks at the same time. It can do a quick job of cutting and swathing spiked cereals, grain legumes and cereal crops, cutting and conditioning forage grass. Powerful, agile and multifunctional, this machine is ideal for farms that extensively use the windrowing method for harvesting, and grow livestock. The machine has a cutting width of 10.5 to 12.5m. The machine has 264hp. The KSU 2 has the best-in-class transport speed, 50 km/h, its field speed is 30 km/h. The new generation of Rostselmash windrowers come with Agrotronic, an innovative agribusiness management platform, as standard. RSM Agrotronic Pilot 1.0 auto-guidance system and RSM Night Vision are available as options.
