RSM Fill Control
The system is used to implement the following functions:1. Automatic control of the angle of inclination of the visor depending on the height of the lift and the angle of rotation of the silo (unloading in a straight line);
2. Automatic transfer of the silo to the transport position;
3. Remembering the current position of the silo (4 positions are available) + 1 transport;
4. Transfer the silo to the selected memorized position;
5. Automatic movement of the silo line to the transport position when the combine is switched to the “road” mode;
6. Automatic movement of the silo to the selected memorized position when the combine is switched to the “field” mode;
7. Protection against collision of the silo with the transport support;
8. Alert the operator about the uncontrolled movement of the silo and visor;
9. Automatic rotation of the silo by the set distance;
10. Protection of the silo, in a collision with an external object.
The system includes 3 silo position sensors:1. angle of rotation of the silo;
2. angle of elevation of the silo;
3. angle of the silo visor;
The system operation is displayed on the standard on-board display, control is carried out from the standard controls of the harvester (joystick, armrest)
