The Russian maker of agricultural equipment shipped a batch of grain harvesters to Mongolian growers. All the 16 units of VECTOR 410 have already crossed the border. The machines are undergoing customs clearance procedures to be followed by service tasks at the site of Agromashtech, a Rostselmash’s authorized dealer.

The company is set to ship some 50 more machines to Mongolia by the end of the year. These will include ACROS 585 combines for large agricultural holdings, and KSU 1 windrowers purchased by farmers under the national program aiming to upgrade dairy farms.

Rostselmash meets its contractual obligations under foreign contracts. Our equipment sees a high demand in friendly nations. Exports are particularly active to Asia and Africa,” said Sales Director Maxim Maximov, reminding that a large batch of combines went to Egypt this spring. He also explained that this year’s shipments to Mongolia are commercial, proving the high demand for these models.

Today, the company is holding 95% of the nation’s market. Over the past 5 years, the maker shipped over 200 various agricultural machines to Mongolian agricultural producers. The maker’s most purchased products are mounted and pull-type implements. “We appreciate such attitude from our clients, which has evolved over decades of friendship. In fact, Mongolia was one of the first export markets where Rostselmash started to deliver its products back in the early 20th century,” says Mr. Maximov.

The Russian maker supports and partakes in virtually every important agricultural event. Indeed, last fall Rostselmash’s products were showcased in Ulan-Bator at Spetsmash-2021 fair organized by the Russia’s Ministry of Industry and Trade with the support of Rosspetsmash Association. The company had fruitful talks there which lead to an increase in commercial sales. This May, Rostselmash represented the Russia’s agricultural machine builders at the first International Forum “Russia - Mongolia. Partnering In New Reality”, the event took place in Ulan-Ude.
