The large diameter of the cylinder allows the concave coverage to be maximized (130°), providing a greater separation area (1.38 sq. m) and the best threshing geometry, extended and smooth.
This provides a nearly full (95%) separation with exceptionally low grain damage. Not every multi-cylinder system can do this!

The straw leaving the threshing cylinder with some grains in it is directed by the rear beater to the straw walker. Five walkers with 7 stages does an easy job of separating the remaining grains.

The rotor rethreshing technology provides a gentle threshing of the remaining ears by reducing the number of impacts and friction, which is particularly important when grass is cut for seed. In tilled crop applications (corn, sunflower), the rethreshing speed is lowered by a dedicated sprocket, and a special concave is available for grain legumes.

ACROS 585/595 Plus combines come with Comfort Cab II. Climate control, cab noise insulation and suspension system, operator's seat with suspension, additional assistant’s seat, beverage cooler, Adviser IV voice information system, and Agrotronic Agromanagement platform come in basic configuration (Acros 595 Plus).

Adviser IV continuously monitors the threshing process and the functioning of combine mechanisms, allows to monitor the process stability and prevent the failure of units.

ACROS 550 is equipped with a two-seater Comfort Cab with air conditioning and heating systems, beverage cooler, and Adviser II voice information system. There is an option to install Agrotronic Agromanagement platform.

The new extended feeder house has several advantages: a better view of the cutterbar, easier harvesting of row crops due to the absence of a front beater, and the possibility to use wide adapters (e.g., Draper Stream 900 draper head).

To improve the feed of material to the feeder house (AFH type) in specific (low-stalk, thinned) field conditions, the front beater is used.

Acros 595 feeder house uses an unrivalled solution — an accelerator beater after the conveyor. Now all the crop material flowing to the threshing cylinder is not only spread evenly, but also accelerated. As a result, dynamic loads on the threshing system are decreased, and its throughput increased. Moreover this feeder house has electrohydraulic terrain control.

Smart Launch is a patented device to activate the unloading and horizontal augers independently and consecutively. It offers the following benefits:
1) Reduces the risk of unloader damage due to overload at the start. This feature is particularly important when harvesting high moisture crops.
2) Prevents spillage of tank grain when folding the auger. The unloading tube always remains free from grain.
3) Unloading by portions is easy.

The blockage, if any, can be quickly removed thanks to Jam Control — a deep concave drop device that drops the concave by 80 mm when the pedal is pushed.
Unlike the combines with a cylinder reverse system, this operation can be done in seconds.

The new power of ACROS is provided by YaMZ and Cummins engines. They are simple and easy to maintain, and have long maintenance intervals.

ACROS 585 combine with an in-line 6-cylinder YaMZ 53645-10 engine controls the fuel supply electronically and uses the Common Rail system, therefore, it consumes less fuel (5-10%), and the operator can control the engine load.

Special engine brackets reduce the level of vibration. The oil change interval for this combine version was doubled. In addition, the air filter maintenance interval is increased several times by the telescopic air intake.

The air compressor saves a lot of time for daily service, especially in the field, when the support vehicle is not available.

The ACROS 595 Plus basic configuration includes an automatic terrain following system, which improves the harvesting efficiency by improving the working rate and reducing the losses behind the header. Three modes of operation, automatic transition of the adapter into the transport position, and programmable settings of terrain following simplify the harvesting process.
Electronics will take care of the challenging terrain.

Now ACROS 595 Plus features a brand new two-stage cleaning system. For greater balance, the shaker pan and the sieve move in one direction, while the precleaner sieve and the chaffer move in the opposite direction. The precleaner sieve forms the second ventilated stage; a high power 2-section fan produces stronger air flow.

All this guarantees that no additional cleaning is required for the grain that goes to the grain tank. Electrical adjustment of the sieves in the basic configuration allows adjusting all settings easily and quickly without leaving the cab.

The upper and lower sieves are divided into two sections for ease of cleaning and servicing.
