High performance

The key feature of VECTOR machines is the proprietary threshing cylinder, with the largest diameter in the world (800 mm) and a high inertia making it easy to handle damp, weedy, or twisted crop material.

The large cylinder diameter allows the concave coverage to be maximized (130°), providing a large separation area (1.1 sq.m) and the best threshing geometry — extended and smooth
This provides a nearly full (95%) separation with exceptionally low grain damage. Not every multi-cylinder system can do this!
Large concave coverage
The straw leaving the threshing cylinder with some grains in it is directed by the rear beater to the straw walker. The four straw walkers with 7 stages does an easy job of separating the remaining grains.

The rotor rethreshing technology provides a gentle threshing of the remaining ears by reducing the number of impacts and friction, which is particularly important when grass is cut for seed. In tilled crop applications (corn, sunflower), the rethreshing speed is lowered by a dedicated sprocket, and a special concave is available for grain legumes.

Comfortable in use

VECTOR 410 is equipped with a two-seater Comfort Cab with air conditioning and heating systems, beverage cooler, and Adviser II voice information system. There is an option to install Agrotronic Agromanagement platform.

Adviser II voice information system continuously monitors the threshing process and the functioning of combine mechanisms, and allows monitoring the process stability and preventing the failure of units.

Vector 425 combines are equipped with Comfort Cab II. Climate control, cab noise insulation and suspension system, air-suspended operator's seat, additional assistant’s seat, beverage cooler and Adviser IV voice information system.

Important details

The new extended feeder house has several advantages: a better view of the cutterbar, easier harvesting of tilled crops due to the absence of a front beater, and the possibility to use wide adapters (e.g., Draper Stream 900 draper header).

To improve the feed of material to the feeder house (AFH type) in specific (low-stalk, thinned) field conditions, the front beater is used.

The hydromechanical terrain following system with the lengthwise and crosswise following will help to effectively utilise the full header length in rough fields.
Feeder house for various conditions
It is no secret that unloading takes up to 5% of work time. In order to reduce time losses, a proven high-speed unloader featuring an unrivalled vibratory bottom is used for unloading in the most challenging conditions.

The convertible tank roof increases the useful capacity to 6000 l. Two filling sensors will signal when the grain tank is 75% and 100% full. A large sight glass allows the user to monitor the filling and the quality of grain in the grain tank.

The blockage, if any, can be quickly removed thanks to Jam Control — a deep concave drop device that drops the concave by 80 mm when the pedal is pushed.
Unlike the combines with a cylinder reverse system, this operation can be done in seconds.

VECTOR 410 combines are equipped with 6-cylinder turbocharged diesel V-type YaMZ engines (210 h.p.). This simple, low-maintenance (in terms of fuel) engine has a significant power and torque reserve at peak loads, and good fuel efficiency.

Vector 425 has modern high fuel efficiency Cummins B6.7 (Stage V) engine with 235 h.p.. The cooling system radiator has an increased size and a rotating inertial cut-off to reduce the time for cleaning the radiator from debris.

The threshed tailings are cleaned by a double-sieve cleaning system.

A large drop height and a finger rake on the precleaner significantly improve the cleaning performance. The true total area of sieves is 3.59 sq m., which is one of the best for this class of combines. The cleaning system uses a 6-vane fan; the fan speed is easily controlled from the cab and displayed on the control panel.

Tall dividers can be optionally fitted to the chaffer to minimise losses when the harvesting is done on hillsides. Practice shows that losses are decreased by more than 1%, and the greater the angle to horizon, the greater the effect.
Efficient cleaning system
The air compressor saves a lot of time for daily service, especially in the field, when the support vehicle is not available. The compressor is included in the basic package — this is how Rostselmash introduces new industry standards.

The traditional single-cylinder threshing and separating system used in VECTOR causes little to no damage to straw, unlike the designs with an addiitonal drum separator. Depending on the application, straw can be chopped and spread or windrowed. VECTOR leaves a loose fluffy windrow behind, which can then be picked easily.

An important advantage of VECTOR combine is that it is the only one in its class to offer such a variety of approaches to handling the material other than grain. Straw may be spread or placed in a crusher — not just shredded.

A 12 cub.m stacker comes as an option for VECTOR 410. It can gather straw in stacks and unload them automatically as the combine moves.
