The Closed Center Load Sensing Hydraulic System ensures efficient operation of seeding and tillage implements, producing a maximum hydraulic flow of up to 260 L/min. When there is no demand, the system operates in an economical low-pressure mode, building up a reserve to transmit all power to the drawbar. Such capacity is enough to handle the most demanding seeding systems with multiple hydraulic-operated units (two fans, hydraulic down-pressure system for openers or tools, etc.).
The hydraulic system control rockers are conveniently located. The standard equipment includes five electrohydraulic control valves operated remotely from the tractor cab. All the valves have four modes: raise, lower, neutral, float. Control rockers and remote clutches have unified colour coding and make it easy to control the operation of the implements.
The Closed Center Load Sensing Hydraulic System with variable capacity depending on the load, provides adjustment and pressure delivery as needed. When high pressure is not needed, the system switches to low pressure mode, creating energy reserves and saving fuel. Separate steering circuit provides a stable pressure supply without compromising the performance of the implement hydraulics.
1” high flow couplers set and case drain coupler come as standard and will suffice for hooking up most of air seeders.
The Power Beyond kit (option)
is required for ensuring normal operation of certain sowing systems (for example, systems equipped with hydraulic-actuated seed-sowing device of the grain tank or automatic steering wheels of the seeder). Power Beyond function delivers maximum hydraulic flow from the hydraulic pump to the seeder by-passing the hydraulic control valve. It includes two 1-inch couplings and a coupling for LS line.
