The 5000th tractor of series 2000 rolled off the Rostselmash assembly line. The milestone machine was a RSM 2375.
RS 2375 is the first Russian tractor produced by Rostselmash. Together with it, RSM 2400 is included in series 2000. RSM 2375 is a completely updated model that Rostselmash put into production in 2016. When organizing the release, the company used many years of experience and competence as a developer and manufacturer of agricultural machinery. The design of the agricultural machine has been supplemented with a number of engineering solutions aimed at adapting the tractor to the agrotechnological conditions of agricultural enterprises operating in different regions of Russia.
In the manufacture of tractors, Rostselmash uses the capacities of its own foundry, press-cutting, machining, welding, painting and assembly departments. Rostselmash organized new jobs and production sites specially for the new product.
In the development of tractor production, Rostselmash has mastered new high-tech competencies, such as the production of axle beam parts (2017) and drivelines (2020). In August 2020 the first RSM 2375 rolled off the assembly line complete with gearboxes of the company’s own manufacture.
Tractors 2375 are used in different agroclimatic conditions in Russia and the CIS countries with a wide range of agricultural implements. They demonstrate high reliability, excellent performance and fuel consumption parameters. This is confirmed by the record for area disked per day in 2018, hundreds of check measurements as part of the all-Russian corporate competition “Setting Records Together” in 2020. The victory in the competition “100 Best Goods of Russia” (2017, 2021) and, most importantly, the positive dynamics of sales also confirm that the tractors comply with the requirements of consumers. The average annual production of machines of this model for 6 years has increased by more than 3 times. To date, the RSM 2375 model is the most popular among Russian consumers.
