Rostselmash expands its line of road construction machinery and presents the innovative BL 810 backhoe loader.

Development of BL 810 is the logical continuation of our efforts. We have mentioned working on a backhoe loader model before. And today we are ready to demonstrate the results of hard work of our engineers and workers. This is still a prototype. Any new machinery must go through an integrated series of tests before it is put into production. The presentation of backhoe loaders on the market is a strategic move for Rostselmash. This segment of road construction machinery sees high competitiveness resulting from the equipment's versatility. Backhoe loaders are used for a variety of tasks on construction sites, in the utility sector and during earthwork operations. The release of BL 810 combining power, excellent performance and modern technologies will help Rostselmash with occupying its own niche in this high-potential market.
BL 810 is a unique state-of-the-art machine. Thanks to the innovative developments, it combines everything necessary for comfortable, efficient and safe operation. The maximum capacity of the loading equipment is 3.1 tonnes. The loading equipment unloading height along the hinge is 3.5 m, while the excavation equipment digging depth is 5.8 m. The basic model of the loader is equipped with loading equipment featuring a jaw bucket with a volume of 1 m3 and telescopic excavation equipment with a 0.18 m3 bucket (width 600 mm). Optionally, the loader can be equipped with a wide range of replaceable equipment (buckets of various profile and volume, hydraulic hammer, hydraulic drill, vibrating rammer, snow thrower, snow plough plate, utility brush, etc.).
Many technical characteristics of BL 810 ensure efficient, stable and safe operation of the machine.
Powerful engine. BL 810 is equipped with a 99 h.p. (73 kW) YaMZ 534 diesel engine with the torque of 450 N•m, and an electronic control system.
Hydraulics. The axial piston hydraulic pump with the capacity of 150 l/min ensures high speed of operation and smooth proportional control of the working equipment by means of two joysticks. It allows the operator to accomplish the set tasks with high efficiency and precision.
Self-diagnostics system. The system controls the equipment's operation characteristics in real-time mode and informs the operator (by sound alarm) if any errors are detected. It allows for prompt identification and elimination of malfunctions, minimizing downtime duration and improving the machine's reliability.
Operator comfort and safety. Just as with the other Rostselmash road construction machinery, the BL 810 cab has been developed with account for ergonomics and safety (ROPS/FOPS). The cab is equipped with a 7-inch display, adjustable steering wheel and an operator's seat featuring six adjustment options. The climate control system, a self-sufficient heater and window electric tracing ensure comfort of operator in any season, and the LED lighting ensures good visibility in any conditions.
